COVID-19 STATEMENT
The health of our staff and customers is very important to us, as such all our colleagues will be observing the hygiene requirements that have been imposed by the national health authorities to protect people. We will respect all rules and restrictions that the EU countries impose to travel and doing business.
For service activities we will continue to provide onsite support. Our aim is to minimise the impact on your laboratory. We will contact customers to assess if we can perform service activities on-site. If both the customer and Thorpe Scientific agree that the service can be performed. A visit will be arranged
If, for any reason, the service visit cannot take place, the appointment will be cancelled and postponed until further notice.
For service calls that we receive, we will triage, prioritise and schedule the visit accordingly. In each instance, we will access the ability of our team, to confirm that we can perform the activity. Please note that travel restrictions may result in a delay of service activities.
On arrival to site, if received by a person with questionable health, i.e. flu like symptoms, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment.
We will continue to provide remote service (Teamviewer, telephone, video call).
We are working closely with our suppliers to continue to maintain supply of parts. Delays may be expected due to minimised workflows and reduced operations. We will continue to monitor this situation and update appropriately
